Melt the chocolate, spread a thin layer over them and leave to cool.<br\/>Crush the nougat, mix the water with the sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Add the egg yolks and whisk. Once whipped, add the nougat and finally the semi-whipped cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OLIVE OIL ICE CREAM<br\/>Make a cr\u00e8me anglaise with the egg yolks, milk and sugar and leave to cool.
